At Mystic Cornhole Company, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy before placing your order.

In-Stock, Non-Personalized Products

We accept returns of in-stock, non-personalized products within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Personalized, Custom & Branded Products

All sales of personalized, custom-designed, and branded products are final.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Cornhole boards featuring custom artwork, names, or personalization.

• Products featuring company logos, corporate branding, or promotional designs.

• Special-order products manufactured or customized specifically for a customer.

Because these products are made specifically for your order, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to a change of mind or ordering error. Once a custom design has been approved and production has begun, the order cannot be canceled.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We carefully inspect our products before shipping. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue.

We will review the situation and work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution, including repair, replacement, or refund when applicable.
